Delaney suffered from three Congenital Heart Defects (holes in her heart), 
massive brain trauma and has underwent expensive surgery & tests. 
Delaney passed in January of 2012, but her memory and impact on this world is not forgetten. 
Any funds we receive will honor her memory will be used to contribute to the cause for awareness, and educate others about early diagnosis and intervention.
